Locally Designed, Italian Made

Our industry is in a race to the bottom. House flippers and spec home builders often apply “lipstick to a pig” sacrificing ethics in their attempt to maximize margins.

Bill Ryan has spent a lifetime in this industry and has mastered the art of building quality homes and marketing those homes for top dollar.

Through our partnership with Molto, we import kitchens from Italy to the Boca Raton area. This allows us to provide a high end kitchen that is competitively priced, and unlike anything else you’ll see offered in our area.

Should You Invest in Custom Cabinets?

Advantages of Custom Cabinets

Tailored to Your Needs

Custom cabinets provide the specific storage you need. A good example is wine collecting. If you need a gorgeous space to store your wine and keep you inspired, custom cabinets are your route!

Each person is different, so each person uses a kitchen differently. It is such a joy to have something that is so tailored to you. It just makes sense to have it this way.

Efficient Use of Space

Functionality is somewhat personal. If you’re not a wine collector, you probably won’t need a ten-foot-tall wine cabinet in your home.

Going with custom cabinets for your residential redesign allows you to tailor your home to your lifestyle, from kitchens to bathrooms.

Endless Style Options

With custom cabinets, you will never be stuck with someone else’s leftover preferences. You and a designer can work together to create your vision. Working with a designer will benefit you by having expert advice on hand, someone whose job is designing and who can give you timelines on the installation during your renovation.

Long-lasting Quality

You have your hands on the materials. You are in charge of hiring people, which means you’re inspecting the craftsmanship. With custom cabinets, you are much more involved with the making and the project than you would be with standard cabinets from the shop.

If you’re going to go through such an intense remodel, it is best to rest knowing that you’re getting exactly what you paid for. You have the advantage of having put your hands on the materials before they were installed. Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing your cabinets will last you for years to come.

Two-Tone Cabinets

Though this may not seem like your standard pick, two-tone cabinets are gaining popularity as an easy way to add depth and interest in to your kitchen with all the complicated shapes and designs.

Open Shelving

Research shows that open shelving created a positive response from homeowners. It makes the room feel more open and obliging.

Integrated Appliances

Having integrated appliances finishes your kitchen off in the most delightful way. Not only is it useful in terms of function, but it is also beautifully free of pesky edges.

Modern Farmhouse Style

Even in city life, the comfortable modern farmhouse is taking over interior design. We are seeing it refine, which is where the “modern” aspect comes into play. However, not much will overpower the appeal of this style.

Things to Consider When Shopping Custom Cabinets

Budget For Quality Cost

As with everything, the more customized you’re wanting something, the more room your budget needs to have. When you make a special request, it means people have to be acquired with the specific skill set that you require. It means they will be ordering additional materials in rather than using what they have on hand.

Lead and Completion Time

The schedule for custom jobs is almost always further out and takes a little longer than hardware store plug and play jobs. The process begins with design and you get to walk with your team to make your kitchen perfect. This means a little more time investment for a massively improved design and completion experience.

Uniqueness Of Features

As you customize, you step away from cookie-cutter designs. While it make take a little longer to find the perfect tone of hardware to match the shape and color of the cabinets, you’ll find your heart thrills with the attention to every detail.

Choices

Having an imagination makes it difficult to maintain a small range to choose from, even when working with a designer. There are just so many options.

Thankfully, our team is well equipped to cut through the decision-fatigue inducing chaos and walk you through the process without stress!

What Makes Us Different

MOLTO began with a visit to a friend’s home. Mickey and Bill visited the home of Felicita Mazza. Felicita had just installed her new kitchen. Bill, with his long history in the homebuilding industry, immediately noticed an opportunity. Not only was the kitchen beautiful, it was different. The precision and finish was exemplary. The functionality was beyond anything he had experienced before.

Partnering with Molto allows Italian suppliers to expand into the US market. Molto’s market differentiation strategy is driven by product excellence. Molto seeks customers who appreciate the craftsmanship that makes Molto products unique. At the same time, value is important. Molto drives value through its DTC (direct to consumer) sales and distribution model.

Style is subjective.

Functionality and performance are less subjective. It is our experience that Italian suppliers consider new ways to design kitchens, baths and closets. This design aesthetic re-imagines life in these spaces. “Do more with less” seems to capture the purpose of their designs.

The US market, with its goal of driving growth through efficiencies, aggregates at the mean. In other words, consumers observe more homogeneity from US suppliers. When choices are limited, imagination is stifled.

At Molto, we understand our obligation to educate the US market. Molto is different. But not for just for the sake of being different.

Molto is better.

MOLTO has four founding members: Felicita Mazza; Massimiliano Contini; John “Mickey” McRoberts and Bill Ryan. Bill Ryan is the CEO.
